Barbara was born in Bay Village, Ohio, and was raised in Michigan. She graduated in 1970 from the University of Michigan with a B.A. in Political Science. She graduated from Wayne State University in Detroit in 1973 with a Juris Doctor degree.


Barbara practiced law in the Prosecuting Attorney's office in St. Clair County Michigan from 1973 to 1977 when she moved to Great Falls, Montana. She practiced for many years in the Cascade County Attorney's office doing youth care cases and criminal law.


Barbara's practice includes family law, adoption, custody, employment, civil litigation and criminal defense.


Barbara has been admitted to practice in Montana state and federal courts since 1977. She is admitted to practice before the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals and U.S. Supreme Court. She has been a member of the Commission of Character and Fitness of the Supreme Court of the State of Montana since 1988. She has served as President of the Cascade County Bar Association.


Barbara is married with two adult children.

Kirk was born in Fargo, North Dakota, on April 5, 1957. He received his B.S. in Business Administration from Colorado State University in 1980 and his Juris Doctor Degree from the University of Montana in 1989, with High Honors. His practice includes litigation, environmental law, real estate, commercial law, and probate administration.


Kirk is admitted to practice in all Montana Courts; U.S. District Court, District of Montana; U.S. Court of Appeals, Ninth Circuit and Eighth Circuit; Blackfeet Tribal Court; Rocky Boy Tribal Court; and Salish & Kootenai Tribal Court.

Kirk's interest in fly fishing led to his extensive involvement in conservation organizations. He served on the Board of Trustees of National Trout Unlimited for several years and is a past Chair of the Montana Council of Trout Unlimited. He is married to Beth Evenson who owns Planet Earth, a local retail store specializing in natural fiber clothing, jewelry, and body products.

Amber was born and raised in Fairfield, Montana. She attended the University of Montana and received a B.A. in Music and a B.A. in Political Science in 2010. She received her Juris Doctor degree from the University of Montana in 2013. From 2013 to 2016 Amber served as a law clerk to the Honorable Kenneth R. Neill and the Honorable John A. Kutzman in the 8th Judicial District Court, Cascade County, Montana. She then practiced as a Deputy County Attorney for Missoula County, Montana, specializing in Dependent/Neglect cases from 2016 to 2019.


Amber was admitted to the Montana State Bar in 2013, and is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court, District of Montana.


Amber and her fiancé, Brandon, enjoy all that Montana has to offer including hiking, fishing, skiing, and camping.

Bill was born and raised in Great Falls, Montana. He attended Michigan State University and received a B.A. in French and a B.A. in History. He received his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Montana in 2011 with honors. He has practiced law in Great Falls since 2011. His practice includes property law, probate, estate planning, family law, litigation, and criminal law.


He was admitted to the Montana State Bar in 2011 and is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the District of Montana and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.


Bill and his wife have two children. His hobbies include running, hiking, and cross-country skiing

Antonia was born in Richland, Washington. She attended Gonzaga University and received her B.A. degree in Art in 1978. She received her Juris Doctor degree in 1981 and was a Deputy County Attorney from 1982 to 1987. She began her law practice in Great Falls in 1987. Her practice includes family law, civil litigation, employment, probate and appeals.


Antonia was admitted to the Montana State Bar in 1982, and has been a member of the Montana State Bar ADR Committee for many years. She is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court, District of Montana; U.S. Court of Appeals, Ninth Circuit; U.S. Veterans Court of Appeals; U.S. Supreme Court; and U.S. Tax Court.


Antonia and her husband, Tom Marra, have two children.

Joseph R. Marra was born in Havre, Montana, on January 25, 1924. Joe began playing the violin at a very early age and, but for the lack of available teachers, would undoubtedly have spent his career playing the violin, rather than practicing law.


After serving in the Navy during World War II, Mr. Marra received his undergraduate degree in 1950 and his law degree from Montana State University in 1951. While his practice was located in Great Falls, Montana, during his active career, he very successfully litigated cases throughout Montana.


He was a member of the Montana Advisory Committee on Rules of Civil Procedure for more than 20 years. He was a member of the Montana Judicial Nominating Commission from 1975 to 1986. He also chaired the first Montana Reapportionment Commission during 1973 and 1974.


He is rated AV® Preeminent ™ in the Martindale-Hubbell® Law Directory.

Tom was born in Great Falls, Montana. He attended the University of Oregon and received his B.A. degree from the University of Montana in 1978. He received his Juris Doctor degree from Gonzaga University in 1981. He has practiced law in Great Falls since 1982 and his practice includes litigation, mediation, insurance law, products liability and commercial law.


Tom was admitted to the Montana State Bar in 1981, and is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court, District of Montana; U.S. Court of Appeals, Ninth Circuit; U.S. Court of Appeal, Eighth Circuit; U.S. Supreme Court; and U.S. Court of Federal Claims.


Tom is a member of the Cascade County and American Bar Associations. He is also a member of the American Association for Justice and the Montana Trial Lawyers Association.


Tyler Waite

Tyler was born and raised in Great Falls, Montana. He attended the University of Montana where he graduated with a BA in sociology with honors. His studies focused primarily on crime and criminology. After graduating, Tyler studied law at the Alexander Blewett III school of law and obtained his Juris Doctor degree in 2020. In law school, Tyler volunteered for the Montana Innocence Project, an organization committed to the exoneration of the wrongfully convicted. Before practicing law, Tyler was involved in local construction as an operator and supervisor of a concrete production plant.


Tyler was admitted to the Montana State Bar in 2021 and is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court, District of Montana.
